Just a blip

Zachary had his one month doctor's visit yesterday. He weighed in at a whopping 12lbs 9oz and 23" long. Our doctor called him a "butterball" (in a good way ;>) and told us if anyone mentioned butterball this month to take the baby and run (for the non-american readers - butterball is a kind of turkey. Making thanksgiving time a dangerous time for butterballs everywhere). He's average weight for a 3 month old. Really, its quite common for breastfed babies to get big fast and then even out. Or at least that's what we keep telling ourselves. :) More pictures soon, we promise.

See, now if you were coming home to the Tuttle Homestead for Thanksgiving your little butterball would be safe.... speaking of which.... west coast munchkin debut?
